Description

The physics of liquid jets in applications if of great interest to technological aspects. Concentrating exclusively on vertical liquid jets, studies go on:

• Theoretically approach. A free-falling non-submerged liquid stream differs to date available works.
• Numerical simulation. CFD simulations are performed to compare with experimental results.
• Experimental work. Several technics are widely used for the examination of the flow fields. Non-invasive. Visualization technics.
